Purpose
This process outlines the steps for moving a phone/data line from one Apple or Android device to another on the Verizon network.
Step-by-Step Process
✅ 1. Gather Required Information
To create a new phone line, there are three things you will need to start:
Access to the Verizon Business Portal
The old device's IMEI number or phone number
The new device's IMEI number
✅ 2. Log In to the Verizon Business Portal
Go to this URL to sign in: Verizon Business Account Login
Sign in with your credentials, or, know someone that has an account
✅ 3. Go to Number You Want Moved
- After signing in, type in either the old phone's IMEI or phone number. Hit enter and click on the resulting phone line.
- Type in or paste in the IMEI number in the IMEI field and hit TAB. Click Validate. Choose Embedded SIM and click Continue.
- Check any boxes agreeing to terms and conditions and click Submit Order.
