Meeting Acceptance Spam Solution

 

Sometimes when a user accepts a meeting invite, that acceptance will spam the other user’s mailbox.  See Fig. 1

To stop the meeting invite acceptance from spamming your mailbox, the user that accepted the invite needs to do one of the following:

1. Right click Sent Items and Left click Delete all

2. Right click any one email in your Sent Items mailbox and Left click Delete
