1. Open Outlook Settings
• Click the gear icon in the top right corner.
• Select Calendar → View.
2. Adjust Your Time Zone
• Under Time zones, find the dropdown labeled Display my calendar in time zone.
• Choose your preferred time zone from the list.
• Optionally, add a label to help identify it.
3. Enable Travel Prompt (Optional)
• Check the box for “When I travel across time zones, ask me if I want to update my time zone” if you want Outlook to prompt you when your location changes.
4. Save Your Changes
• Click Save to apply the new settings.
