✅ Option 1: Change Taskbar Alignment

This moves the entire taskbar (including the search bar) to the left or center.

  1. Right-click on the taskbar and select Taskbar settings.
  2. Scroll down to Taskbar behaviors.
  3. Find Taskbar alignment and choose:
    • Left – moves the Start button and search bar to the left.
    • Center – keeps them centered.

✅ Option 2: Show or Hide the Search Bar

You can choose how the search bar appears:

  1. Right-click on the taskbar and select Taskbar settings.
  2. Under Taskbar items, toggle Search:
    • Hidden – removes it.
    • Search icon only
    • Search icon and label
    • Search box – shows the full search bar.

❌ Note: You cannot drag the search bar to a custom location on the screen. It’s fixed to the taskbar and can only be adjusted through settings.
