🔹 Option 1: Stop Syncing Specific Folders

If you just want to stop syncing certain folders:

  1. Right-click the OneDrive icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner of your screen).
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Go to the Sync and backup tab.
  4. Click Manage backup or Choose folders.
  5. Uncheck the folders you no longer want to sync.
  6. Click OK.

🔹 Option 2: Unlink OneDrive Completely

If you want to stop syncing OneDrive entirely:

  1. Right-click the OneDrive icon in the system tray.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Go to the Account tab.
  4. Click Unlink this PC.
  5. Confirm when prompted.

This will stop syncing, but your files will remain on your PC unless you delete them manually.
