Step 1: Download the Microsoft Authenticator App

If you haven’t already, download the app on your mobile device:

• iPhone (App Store): Microsoft Authenticator on App Store

• Android (Google Play): Microsoft Authenticator on Google Play

Step 2: Open the MFA Setup Page

1. Open your preferred web browser.

2. Go to: https://aka.ms/mfasetup

   💡 You can also Google “MFA setup” and click the official Microsoft link.

Step 3: Add a Sign-In Method

Once you’re signed in, click:

• “Add sign-in method”

Then, select:

• Microsoft Authenticator

If prompted, you can re-download the app, but you should already have it installed.

Step 4: Sign In with Your Keeley Credentials

Use your Keeley email address and password to sign in as you normally would.

Step 5: Pair Your Account

When you reach the pairing screen, click the link that says:

“Pair your account to the app by clicking this link.”

⚠️ Important:
If you skip this step, your app will not be connected and you will not receive push notifications for sign-in approval.

Step 6: Complete the Setup

After pressing the Pair link:

• Don’t worry if nothing appears to happen — that’s expected.

• Close all open apps (including your browser and the Authenticator app).

• Reopen the Microsoft Authenticator app.

You should now begin receiving push notifications to approve sign-ins.
