Do I need to do anything with my old signature?
- No. Once Exclaimer is live, your old signature will be replaced automatically. You don’t need to delete or modify it beforehand. If you want to remove, we will provide instructions to remove old signatures.

Will signatures work on mobile devices?
- Yes, signatures will automatically be added for Outlook emails on mobile devices. Please note: this does not apply to the native Mail app on iOS or Android.

What if my job title is wrong?
- Please contact [email protected] to update your official title in UKG. Once updated, it will sync through Active Directory and Azure to Exclaimer.

What if my phone number is wrong or missing?
- Submit a request to IT Service Desk: [email protected] with your correct phone number(s). We’ll update the Active Directory so UKG, AD, Azure, and Exclaimer reflects the change.

Do I need to do anything before rollout?
- No action is required right now. We’ll notify you when the system goes live and provide instructions if needed.

Will I still be able to customize my signature?
- No, signatures will be standardized for branding purposes.

Can I add pronouns to my signature?
- Yes. Once activated, you can go to the following website (https://us.details.exclaimer.net/profile), login with SSO, scroll down to Contact Details and fill out the field labeled (User Defined 1), and click Save Changes button at the top. Give it a few minutes. Open a new email and you should see your pronouns added to your signature. See FAQ 8 for any issues.
