If a user needs the ability to import budgets within CMIC, this access is granted by assigning them the PM (Project Manager) role.
Before assigning the role, you must first obtain approval from the user’s manager.
Once approval is received, follow the steps below:
Log in to the CMIC portal.
Navigate to User Maintenance.
Locate and open the user’s profile.
Go to Assign Roles.
Click Insert.
Add the PM (Project Manager) role.
Press Save/Refresh.
Confirm with the user that they are now able to import budgets.
