As always, please obtain permission from the user’s manager and ensure the approval is attached to the ticket for documentation purposes before proceeding.

Steps to Grant Access to the Role That Allows Adding Attachments in CMIC:

  1. Log into CMIC.

  2. Navigate to Enterprise > Prod.

  3. Go to Field > JB Contacts.

  4. Search for the applicable user and open.

  5. Open the Role section.

  6. Search for the role "Attachments".

  7. Assign the role to the user.

  8. Save/Refresh.

  9. Confirm with the user that access is working properly.
