If a user submits a ticket requesting access to GC Pay, please initiate the account creation process by contacting the designated individuals listed below to have the user’s GC Pay profile established.
Once the account has been successfully created and confirmed as active, the user’s assigned Project Accountant and/or Financial Analyst will be responsible for granting project-level access within GC Pay, ensuring the individual is properly associated with the appropriate projects.
Please ensure all standard approval and documentation procedures are followed within the ticket prior to initiating the request.
