2. Confirm they are logging in as enterprise (and not cloud) and that they are using this link: https://cmiclkeeley.cmicpaas.com/cmicprod
3. Confirm there is an E-Time access code
4. Confirm the E-Time access button is checked
5. Confirm they have the Crew Time security group (or Approvers if they are an approver, or Admin if they are in Payroll)
6. Confirm the access code setup is correct with a payrun and job tab filled out
7. Confirm the user has a JSP User Access role
