The PM Time Detail report is located in HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT > US Payroll > Timesheet > PM Time Detail. 

1. Do they see the option on the Treeview?

No. If they are seeing an access denied message then they need to be added to a group with access to that dashboard such as: BUL, MASTER, MASTER_NP, PAYROLL, PAYROLLRO, PC, PM, REPORTS. You need to get manager approval to ask which one they should have, and then add it.
Yes. If they can see this option and open it but no data is returned it's likely due to not having employee security assigned (so they can't see any employee records). For this report it's usually FIELD employee security group that needs to be added. 


2. Did they have employee security already?

No. Once approval is granted from a Manager, you can add Employee security in the User Maintenance screen > 'Employee Security' tab inserting a record for FIELD.

Yes. Verify that this switch in the top right is set to Autoload Data On.



3. Was it switched to On?

No. If it's set to off it needs to be switched to on for the data to populate on the export properly

Yes. Confirm the filters they have work for you, because they could have bad filters set with no data



4. When you did the same filters as the user on your own on your login, did you see results?

No. Tell the user what they are filtering for needs to be changed because there is no data for those parameters. 

Yes. Escalate to CMiC Support.
