When a user requesting access to query builder/dashboard builder to create new queries/dashboards and/or run existing queries/dashboards:


1. Get approval from their boss

2. Insert BIDASH role




Background: 

The role BIDASH needs to be added to thier "assign roles" tab in user maintenance. 
This role has the below privilege
  • BIDBRDEDIT — Allows creation, editing, and deletion of BI dashboards. Grant only if dashboard management is also required; this privilege alone does not establish Query Builder access.
